The hotel is newly decorated and impeccably clean. The building offers a stunningly beautiful ocean view. The location is good and lovely, adjacent to the train station and Shanklin. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Rylstone Gardens on foot.

truly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was good. the breakfast served was very good. the location was favourable unable to employ trained serving stuff for the restaurant and the staff here was fairly friendly. the service provided there was attentive.

The venue is clean and reasonably spacious, views are lovely, the location is marvellous and best possible just off train station and bus stops and the beach and the peninsula beyond Sandown. The building is lovely and the rooms are fabulous. Overall well presented food, plus there is The Waterfront Inn close by.

La chambre pour 3 personnes était superbe et le lit très confortable. La salle de bain était joliment décorée et propre. Le petit-déjeuner sur le balcon était agréable. J'ai vraiment apprécié la piscine naturelle à Régina Giovanna et l'endroit pour prendre un verre en regardant le coucher de soleil. Le propriétaire Gian Mario était sympathique et serviable.
